As discussed, please confirm feasibility and cost to develop a CRM for one of our Inbound project: Details to be captured:
- Name
- Mobile Number and Alternate number
- Plan type
- History of services availed
- Amount paid
- How did they hear about us
We will have almost 10-12 such fields.
Unique Id should be created once the form is filled for each customer.
Customer details should be saved each and every time any transaction happens with them. Be it be any call, payment, services etc.
Also, we should be able to track each respondent by their unique Ids. Customer details, history of calls as many times they have called us. What all services they have availed etc. Basically by entering Unique Id, we should be able to retrieve all the details of each and every customer.
Reportal Tool- This should give summary of all the activities happening in CRM. This will be used by management Team for reporting, day end activities, Monthly and weekly MIS etc.
Once Tool is developed, It needs to be hosted on our server and we will be running it on our Intranet/server. Multiple users will be accessing the tool at the same time, so we need to have mechanism to assign Unique User id and Password to every User.
Please do let me know if it is feasible at your end and cost for the same.
